01What NONEYA holds about you
NONEYA is built to hold as little as possible. Your name, address, and personal details live only on your device — we never receive them, so there's nothing on our side to delete. The only things stored on our servers are:
- Your email address (used to run your scans and send your alerts)
- Your progress counts — how many removal requests you've sent and which tasks you've completed (just numbers and checkmarks, no personal detail)
Deleting your account removes both of these permanently.
02Delete everything on your device
Because your personal information lives on your phone, you're already in control of it:
Open the NONEYA app and go to Account. You can clear your saved details there anytime.
To remove everything at once, delete the app from your phone. All your on-device data is erased with it — we keep no copy.
03Delete the email & progress on our servers
To have us permanently delete the email address and progress counts tied to your account, send us one message and we'll take care of it:
✉ Request account deletionJust send the request from the email address on your account so we can find and remove it. We'll delete your email and progress records and confirm in writing, normally within a few days and no later than 30 days.
04What's deleted, and what's kept
Deleted: your email address, your progress counts, and any waitlist or alert records tied to your email. On-device data is gone the moment you delete the app.
Kept only if legally required: we may retain minimal billing records (for tax and accounting) as required by law. These contain no privacy-scan data. Everything else is removed.
