Terms of Service

The deal, in plain words.

Last updated: August 12, 2026

The short version

NONEYA gives you tools to find and remove your personal information from data brokers, check breaches, and lock down your accounts. We prepare the requests; you send them from your own email. We're not a law firm and can't force any company to comply — but we hand you the real legal tools and keep you on schedule. Use it honestly, and it's $10/month or $100/year, cancel anytime.

01Agreeing to these terms

By using the NONEYA app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use NONEYA. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

02What NONEYA does

NONEYA is a set of privacy tools. It helps you:

  • Prepare and send legal deletion requests to data brokers
  • Check whether your email appears in known data breaches
  • Check whether a password is on a list of stolen passwords
  • Take steps to reduce financial and insurance exposure
  • Track your overall privacy exposure with the NONEYA Score

You are the one taking action. NONEYA writes the requests and organizes the work, but the deletion emails go out from your own email account, as you.

03What NONEYA is not

NONEYA is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The letters and requests we prepare are tools to help you exercise rights you already have. Using them is your decision. If you need legal advice about your specific situation, talk to a licensed attorney.

We also can't guarantee results. Brokers and insurers decide whether and when to comply with your requests, and some ignore the law. We keep you on schedule and tell you when to follow up, but the outcome is between you and them.

04Membership, billing, and cancellation

  • NONEYA membership is $10 per month or $100 per year.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime — on the web through your account, or in the mobile apps through your Apple or Google subscription settings.
  • When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe, Apple, or Google. Refunds follow their policies and applicable law.

05Using NONEYA responsibly

You agree to use NONEYA only for your own information and only for lawful purposes. Don't use it to:

  • Request deletion of, or access to, information that isn't yours
  • Harass, impersonate, or defraud any person or company
  • Break any law or interfere with the service or its security

The demand letters are meant for your own records and your own removal. Misusing them is a violation of these terms.

06Your information

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy. In short: your personal details stay on your device, and the only thing we hold is your email and a small set of progress counts.

07Limitation of liability

NONEYA is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the actions or inaction of data brokers, insurers, or other third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you.

08Changes to the service and these terms

We may update NONEYA and these terms over time. If we make significant changes to the terms, we'll update this page and the date above, and note it in the app. Continuing to use NONEYA after a change means you accept the updated terms.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which NONEYA operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
