Privacy Policy

What we hold, and what we never touch.

Last updated: August 12, 2026

The short version

Your name, address, and personal details live on your device — we never receive them. The only thing that reaches our servers is your email address, which we use to run your breach scans and send your alerts. That's the whole list. We don't sell data, we don't run ads, and we can't hand over what we never held.

01Who we are

NONEYA ("we," "us," "our") makes a privacy and identity-protection app. This policy explains what information the app and our systems handle, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the NONEYA app and this website.

02What stays on your device

Almost everything you enter into NONEYA is stored only on your phone or computer, never on our servers. This includes:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and any other details you add to build removal requests
  • Your saved progress — which brokers you've contacted, which tasks you've completed
  • Any password you check (the check runs on your device; the password itself never leaves it)

If you delete the app or clear its data, this information is gone. We keep no copy.

03The one thing we do hold: your email

To do its job, the app sends your email address to our servers. We use it to:

  • Check whether your email appears in known data breaches (dark web scan)
  • Send you alerts when something needs your attention
  • Match your membership so the app knows you're a paid member across your devices

We also store a small set of progress counts tied to your email — how many brokers you've contacted and which tasks are done — so your score stays the same on every device you sign in on. These are just checkmarks and counts. They never include your name, address, or any personal detail.

04Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe (on the web) or by the Apple App Store / Google Play (in the mobile apps). We never see or store your full card number. Stripe and the app stores handle payment details under their own privacy policies. We receive only what we need to confirm your membership is active.

05What we never do

  • We never sell your data. That's the entire point of NONEYA.
  • We never run ads or share your information with advertisers.
  • We never store your passwords. Password checks happen on your device.
  • We never read the emails you send to brokers or insurers. Those go from your own email account; replies come back to your inbox, not ours.

06Third parties that help run the app

A few trusted services power parts of NONEYA. Each receives only what it needs:

  • Hosting & database — to run the app and store your email and progress counts
  • Stripe / Apple / Google — to process payments
  • Push notification services — to deliver your alerts
  • Breach-data sources — to check whether your email appears in known breaches

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, for any purpose.

07Your choices and rights

Because your personal details live on your device, you're already in control — erase them anytime from within the app. For the email and progress counts we hold, you can ask us to delete them by writing to privacy@noneya.us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the CCPA (California) or GDPR (EU) — including the right to access, correct, or delete your information. We honor those requests.

08Children

NONEYA is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

09Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
